Role Overview

Join as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and technical lead on a small and agile team. You will work closely with the founding engineer and CEO, contributing hands-on code while also guiding sprint priorities and code quality.

Technical Responsibilities

Develop and maintain code primarily in TypeScript for both front-end (React Native / Expo) and back-end (Node.js, PostgreSQL).
Build resilient, retry-aware systems integrating with multiple financial and sportsbook data APIs.
Ensure security best practices across the stack, including authentication, encryption, and safe financial data handling, with awareness of KYC and AML requirements.
Design, review, and ship features independently in a fast-paced environment.
Model data and structure APIs for scalability and team extensibility.
Write tests and maintain observable code quality.

Team and Process

Collaborate with engineering leadership on architectural decisions and sprint priorities.
Participate actively in code reviews and improving engineering processes.
Work as part of a remote-first team based in Latin America, with a preference for Argentina.

Preferred Experience

4 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or trading platforms.
Proficiency in React Native/Expo and understanding of native mobile considerations including security and lifecycle.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
Fluency in English and Spanish for direct collaboration.
Bonus skills include React for web, sportsbook or betting integrations, real-time or event-driven systems, and previous technical leadership roles.
