Looking for a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Rust to work remotely in Latin America, focusing on identity solutions and the development of Edge software.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive suite of Edge software products.
Work across different technologies and own projects end-to-end.
Collaborate with a skilled engineering team to build a new security product from the ground up.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience.
Strong foundation in systems programming languages such as Rust, Go, or C++.
Experience operating or troubleshooting production software in environments including Linux, Windows, cloud platforms, or containerized setups.
Demonstrated ownership mentality with ability to manage projects from planning to maintenance.
Self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on Rust experience, including async and systems-level programming.
Familiarity with Windows development (services, registry, permissions), .NET/C# apps, and installer creation using WiX Toolset.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience contributing to open-source projects or creating internal development tools/SDKs.
